Making false promises to IT professional. Job is not according to designation. For fresher, bad start as the company will ruin career. Have to work for prolonged hours. No new projects. No proper training is provided. No sharing of knowledge for personal benefits. Working environment is worst. Salary for the employees who are in contract are never in time. Dirty Politics. Worst Management. Especially Admin Team for IT is worst. Admin Team is most powerful as they have full control and authority. Never mess with them or else one will face consequences accordingly. Never complain on Admin Team especially on a company tour or else will have to face consequences there. Best advice is to obey Admin Team rather than sending a email to superiors who never will take action. Work is not according to qualification rather its based on pleasing Team Leader. Reviews are not according to work. Rather its according to how one pleases Team Leader. Best advice is to please Team Leader as much as possible as they have power and authority and there is no one who can help in this.
