      The company is a shambles! Rude, greedy bosses who act like sharks - AVOID at all costs.

      Pros

      There are none that I can think of? Perhaps the office building looks aesthetically pleasing? And its centrally located.

      Cons

      - Senior management who are rude & aloof! - A narcissistic COO & CEO, with much of the rest of the team been engaged but mentally weak. So the negative behaviour continues. (What COO refuses to even shake the hand of a 'junior' staff member? Thats 1 example. I could cite a dozen more.) - A nepotistic "presenteeism" culture which is office clique 1st.

      From my first experience at PetLab, I was shocked at how quickly I realised I had made a very bad decision joining this business. The environment felt chaotic, the staff seemed stressed and unsure, and everything I had previously read in the reviews about the leadership —turned out to be true. My advice to anyone considering joining: read the reviews carefully. They are clear red flags. In my opinion, you should seriously consider a different company if you want a stable and positive working experience.
