Some managers are Problematic and it gets brushed under the rug because they get the work done, despite of the bad management style and bullying approach, in expense of multiple people leaving the same position.

- There are very few areas throughout Peterbilt factory that are significantly less physically demanding compared to all other areas. - - Attendance policy is very strict.
