Pros
Great people. They're all very nice and will help you out when you ask. Never hesitant to supply further training. The company hosts events very regularly to bond everyone together. Golf outings, bowling, company picnics, Christmas party, etc. Some Fridays (maybe once per month or two) you get to go to the conference room and unwind before the weekend. Occasionally they kick you out an hour early. The management is lead by a brilliant man who is taking the company to a good place. He's serious but can have a laugh. He's very busy and will listen to you for a short while before charging back to work. Most companies seem to have problems in management, but none were seen by me. They're trying to expand and correct any of their problems. It's already good, but I imagine in ~5+ years, this will be one of the best companies to work for in the Buffalo area. Just put in a new development lab to start testing products properly and have more room for office and engineering staff.
Cons
Organization and communication between departments could be improved. Low wages and vacation as compared to the average comparable position. A lot of other employees felt undervalued and give a lot of effort that goes either unrecognized or recognition went to the wrong person. To see this happen more than once could just be coincidence.
