      Great on paper, poor execution

      Great Salary. You get to work from home. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Management will say one thing and do another. They were not picking up clearances while I was there and caused me to lose my clearance. There are extreme favoritism in work environment. There were promises made by the Business Development side of the company that were then forced upon the cloud team without a technical discussion or thought as to how it would be accomplished. The insurance and benefits are frankly awful, which is why you get a great salary.

      There's no remedial processes in place. It seems like the only option is to fire the individual without talking to them to try to work out a solution. They expect everyone to 'wear multiple hats'. Management has not hired any dedicated QA despite multiple requests. This job then falls to the BA, who seems to be the recipient of any extra jobs that someone needs to fill. Everyone is encouraged to have extra projects to add apps to the SN store and be active on social media all for the purpose making the company look good.
