If you are joining here expectation would be, work like Senior Software Engineer with Software Engineer salary. if you don't perform they will ask you to resign. Company is so confident that no one outside PharmEasy will not know about it. Many people got fired but unfortunately no news about it. No work life balance. Management is keep looking for that one guy who they think can take care of every thing so that he will be retained and extra resourse will be fired. Because of this some people will try to showcase they helped others in doing their task which leads to work environment similar to service based companies. Toxic work culture. Utmost priority is given to feature release no one thinks code quality. Code quality is not so great. Don't even expect TDD. Mostly code is written by inters and Software Engineers. If you are new employee your job is at risk than that of old employees. Finally company is not making profit. Investors are not pouring money. Future is uncertain. please don't join here even if they are paying extra. It is not worth to loose your mental health.

A lot of the leadership team is from the same alma mater. This creates political power groups/lobby hence straying away from strategic decision making and execution
