They trust their employees and treat them with respect. If there are particular projects you find interesting then they try to facilitate you doing that work. They offer competitive salaries and modern, forward-looking working conditions, the management are clearly invested in their employees. The work is engaging and rewarding, with lots of promising projects to get involved with. Probably among the best co-workers in the world.
Cons
Things can be hectic with priorities continually adjusting due to the nature of the work.
