Pros

Good location in Heron Tower, City of London Friendly colleagues & co workers Good office with excellent views over London

Cons

-No work life balance. Make no mistake about it, 7 am to 7 pm everyday are the standard working hours -The management can be tend to be deceptive. The job title I was told and the job title written on the contract were 2 completely different things -No real sense of job security. There are many empty seats at the office, the CEO casually remarked about how they were "let go", which seemed a bit odd as the company claims to be quite international with HQs in Romania. Upon my time there, there were only 6 people working in a 30+ office which was something to take note of -The level of pay is not in line with the hours you will be required to work, daily, with no over time and with only 20 days off a year. Of which you can only take 10 days off at a time
