During my time there there was 3 turnovers at top management. The current management is by far the absolute worst! The top management are bullies that really know nothing about the mixing industry. They attempt to run the company like it's GE. They hire and promote some of the worst people possible. They are either ex-GE or they are morons. Top management acts like children. I can't agree with the review from July of 2020 more. As long as the company is profitable, the owners don't seem to care about the ineptitude of the leadership team. I may be repeating myself but I can't stress the fact that the senior leadership at this company is incompetent, without self-awareness of their skills and knowledge, self-centered, egocentric, narcissistic, morons. With the worst part being the lack of self-awareness of how they act and it's effect on the employees. The recent push to move more engineering and application work to India is a disaster waiting to happen. The company survives on it's robust engineering, process and mixing knowledge, and the tools that have been developed over the years. When you give that away to folks in India, the competitive edge is lost. Soon all the competitors will have the information we once held so secretive and close to heart. It's a real shame.
