Good product but poor leadership

Pros

Quality production and clean manufacturing environment. A lot of investment in injection molding machinery with a strong focus on safety

Cons

Worked at the corporate office for several years. No room for promotion and zero initiatives on leadership development. They will hire outside the company for upper level management instead of developing good employees. Also NO diversity initiatives. Manufacturing employees see DEI as a threat and leadership has little ability or desire in implementing a culture that allows all employees to feel safe in bringing their best self to work.
