Pros
Easy work if you don't mind making 16 an hour. Co workers are nice and it's a laid back environment
Cons
Company favorites get "shorties" meaning fresh leins. Huge disparity in production between team members. "Training" includes getting a script and that's about it. Sold on a 10% commission basis to find out it's 10% of 50% of 2 months of payments is misleading. For a 36k deal I received $150 which is insulting. Not enough meat on the bone to make it worth it for an actual sales professional. Got sold on the job, a house mouse kind of place.
