      Company is a stepping stone towards your career, nothing more.

      Absolutely terrible upper management, very disappointing and disrespectful. They really don't care about you here. You have good people working for bad managers.

      Consistent overtime was available to me.

      Cons

      Manager only knew the ins and outs of his previous job, not this one. Not experienced enough with this company, plus poor management and basic respect for other adults. All the pressure and work was put on me, the ONLY office assistant.
