Pros
- The boss was very flexible and understanding whenever I had to apply for a leave.
- There is little to no micromanaging at all, and the boss gives a lot of freedom for us to do things how we want, as long as results are achieved
- Team is amazing, friendly, cooperative, and supportive
- Workload is manageable
- Salary acceptable for a part-timer/freelancer
