company really making a change to engage with employees townhall meetings to keep us up to date with company company really making effort. Corporate staff helpful. New HR team working hard to help everyone benefits start right away, good orientation by the office manager if you have a good manager, you will do well.

Cons

new payroll person every few months, cant get an understanding of your vacation or ask questions about your paystub. Seems like there is a new person in the accounting team every few months. engineering team divided, half of them like their job, the others cant stand it, complain all the time. Engineering management needs to bring them back on same page

Diverse workplace. Clean lunch room. Free parking. First couple of years had good HR representative and went downhill after Megan resigned.

Cons

Small compensation increase. No room for growth despite bring crosstrained.
