      A fast-paced, growth-oriented start-up with a very high bar; love the leadership and passion of the CTO/CEO/Cofounders.

      Cons

      Not Physna in particular but the fact that start-ups are usually low in the type of funds that big companies have

      The product is good but not the strategy and leadership

      Cons

      They Fire people randomly under the performance reason when the are actually pivoting from their product strategy. Just see their employee graph on linkedin. Its dropping for last 3 years.. They fired all enterprise team.

      Pros

      Interesting software, great culture, an engineering team that doesn't over do meetings, and surrounded by talented people.

      Cons

      It's a startup so there are challenges with being small and scrappy. This isn't a complaint of mine but something to be aware of for where the company is at currently.
