Pros

They have a few decent managers who really want to make things better but are hamstrung by an organization that is committed to pretending to be a security company instead of actually investing in the training, people and equipment necessary to actually provide the services they are charging clients for. Their greatest asset is their people who they abuse so the really good ones don't stay there for very long.

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry. Want to know where every negative stereotype about security guard companies comes from? It's this place. Some clients try to increase officer pay but the company determines wages and anything extra that a client kicks in specifically for guard pay goes in PCS's pocket unless guard wages are specifically spelled out in the contract. Outdated equipment-Used patrol cars that are run into the ground before they are replaced with another used car. Cars are not equipped with modern equipment such as lights bars and spotlights. They issue firearms that should be in a museum, not carried for duty. Uniforms are old and outdated. They issue paychecks that are mailed-no direct deposit like other security companies. No real benefits. They used to have vacation pay but that was eliminated to pay for minimum healthcare coverage that is so expensive and bad, you are better off paying the government fines. No paid sick leave. No real training. No real management. They will hire just about anybody as long as they have a pulse and will send just about anybody they can fit into a uniform to a site and as long as the client doesn't complain and pays their bill, they call it good. The is very little knowledge or professionalism. Again they are pretending to provide security services, so there is no real development of officers into professionals as at other companies like Allied Barton, or Securitas.
