The bonus structure's are rigged, insurance goes up but the wages do not to compensate the increase

Pros

One of the best companies I've worked for. I was transferred to other properties which was fun. It was nice to learn from different managers and I was trained for promotion (ended up happening with a different company).

Cons

Little room for growth as their managers never leave.
