Pros

The only pro of working here was getting to work with one of the Senior Accountants. She was the only individual in the office that was able to teach anyone their responsibilities and was the only strong communicator.

Cons

The environment was terrible. The Controller/CAO was a micromanaging dictator that did not trust her staff enough to communicate with them. Employees are treated as a number and not like people that have any value. Everybody is threatened by anybody else succeeding, so the entire team fails together. Also, this boss prefers to not promote from within. Whatever position you come in for that is where you will stay. If you are looking for a positive work environment, competent communication/feedback, and a good work life balance, keep looking.

Pros

Couldn't think of any, the worst place I've ever worked for.

Cons

Benefits for employees and dependents are horrible and not affordable! Paid almost $1k a month. No work life balance, was told to check emails and text messages on the weekends to see if work needed to be done. Always hired outside for management, never promoted within. Management was rude and did not value their employees until they thought you were leaving the company. Culture was cold and uninviting.
