Previous management was great. Great co-workers.
Cons
when management changed in 2011, employee morale took a nose dive down, there is no trust, senior mgmt lies a lot and looks out for the employees they have brought on board, existing employees are either fired or made to quit. Existing employees have not had salary increases since 2009.
