      Innovative work and community, but poor management and pay

      Pros

      Interesting and fun work. Company promoted innovative ideas and a diverse community. Incredibly hardworking and talented people at the company.

      Cons

      Upper management left much to be desired. Poor communication across teams, with unclear goals and expectations at times. Many people discussing being overworked, yet teams were shrinking and pay was atrocious.

      Pros

      I liked working here, it’s very easy and mindless work. They do promote from within which is nice.

      Cons

      It’s the least amount of money I’ve made in years as it never really gets busy like other bars and restaurants do. Most people have other jobs.
