Friendship and less competitive work area that's it. Everything except employees is unbelievable. There is employee value in this company. One more thing office is at the city center that's all
Cons
Everything there is nothing to motive you by managers and leaders. Payments are low social rights are bad. Management is the worst

Good conditions for the Aegean region because there is not much a good company , Very well known brand name, Always paid on time, esp. Before weekends and holiday they always think of you and pay your money before the salary date.

Not very open minded management
