      Pinch places a strong emphasis on building an engaging and collaborative workplace. Professional growth is always encouraged and supported through mentorship and resources. All team members enjoy flexible and accommodating work arrangements. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are important to the team and are considered when new members are sought.

      Cons

      Pinch keeps its team intentionally small so that every member is important, but the consequence of that is each member is given meaningful responsibilities. If you're not interested in having responsibility for important initiatives then Pinch may not be for you.
