Pros

Villagers were wonderful and my co-workers in my department were great.

Cons

Management here was terrible. They will have minimum staff required on floors to save money. Patient care is not their first priority. They will spending rediculous amounts of money on silly things. Management makes decisions about things they know nothing about and constantly has to revise rules.

The employees and residents are absolutely fantastic. Everything you do for residents is truly appreciated. All employees work so hard and would do anything for you.

Cons

Administration is just awful. You get "written up" for the most minor things. They turn on you so quickly, and once that happens, you are out the door. You can always predict who is next by the way they treat you. It is a very well known fact amongst employees. A very wasteful company. For a non-profit, you would not believe the money that they waste. It is amazing that they are permitted to do the things they do with peoples money.

Residents and employees were great to work with I made some wonderful friends with residents and their families and other staff members

Cons

The Administration teams are the worst to work for they are totally unprofessional and have no regard for the employees feelings or well being
