Competitive pay. Laid back environment.

Cons

Absolutely no structure, which to be fair they warned me about during my interview. The owner has no clue what he is doing. He hires and fires people on a whim. They start work without contracts. They can't pay subcontractors because no one wants to pay for their shotty work. They don't follow any proper procedures so if they get audited they will be done for.

I'm sorry your experience here on our team was limited. Unfortunately, it's not always the best fit for an employee or an employer for many different reasons. As a small business with a small team, really tough decisions have to be made from time to time. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
