      Real Feeling about the Company

      Pros

      - All Employees are good and hard-working - Good working atmosphere with colleagues (except some managers) - You can learn lots of skills if you would like to. - More leaves compared to other company

      Cons

      - Some Leaders are not qualified. 1. Can not communicate to cooperation and stick to personal's opinion. 2. Will take direct reports credits. 3. Can not control personal emotions and scold - Bad salary compared to the market price. - Would not be willing to pay more to hire good people. - The company has the cord of illegally lay off employees and even make compensation to the employees. - H..R.. will lie. When the employees find out and this causes the distrust.

      Probably would be work-life balance.

      Cons

      Managers are not capable to lead a team, always need to waste a lots of time to get things done. Do not have clear career path in this company and the benefit cost down recently.
