      Pros

      From the day I started I was welcomed to the team with direct access and feedback from all levels of the company. Kevin Watson, the President and CEO has made me feel like a key part of the team and has provided me with ideas, positive feedback and support. That same approach extends throughout the team including Dino, who is the new VP of Operations. I am proud to be part of the team.

      Cons

      We are busy, growing rapidly and that has its challenges, but the team works together, and recent hires has added real talented people to the team!

      Pros

      Lots to learn for someone who is looking to add as many skills to their experience as possible. Really nice team and management to work with. Accountability matters here.

      Cons

      Very busy at times, but that works for OT as well.

      Pros

      Diverse clientele and ample opportunities to learn and grown your career to the next level. Deeply rooted and highly accessible leadership practically anytime. Highly flexible workspace as long as you have a good work ethic. Kevin is an incredible boss who appreciates people that work hard and reward them.

      Cons

      I see some room for improvement but not consider cons.
