      The pressure to ensure that each guest has a flawless experience can be exhausting, and the constant need to stay on top of numerous details can sometimes take a toll on personal well-being.

      I've had the privilege of working at Pinnacle for the past 5 years, and I can confidently say that this is a workplace like no other. The company's commitment to cultivating a positive and inclusive culture is truly exceptional, and it's a key reason why I'm proud to be a part of this organization.

      Cons

      The company's health benefits package has left a lot to be desired, however they are working towards finding a different benefit package that I am looking forward to.
