Pros

They offer you the job right there and then straight after the interview. Says a lot about how desperate of a company.

Cons

I remember reading the reviews and still accepting the job offer. Once I began working there, I began to see everything the bad reviews (which I had ignored) were talking about. I'd sit at the computer zoned out wishing I had listened. Trust me when I say, it will drag you down a dark and depressing hole. Its not even about the job role. The role itself is good, and you learn a lot from it. But the colleagues and management are all conniving, fake, and miserable people stepping over each other to achieve what they want. And they don't even try to hide it. The fakeness just oozes out of everyone so naturally. I wanted out one week after being there. Spare yourself the misery and pain as the rest of the reviews have said. I can't express this enough. It is definitely not the place in which one can build a career or future.

Pros

Literally none. I honestly think it’s the worst rec firm on the market which likely will fold shortly. For context I was one of the better consultants who resigned and joined another firm

Cons

Where to begin. The CEO is literally crazy. Search his name and you will realise he was in prison for assault. I think he threw a glass bottle at a barman. They fired 30% of their staff recently Awful salary / commission Literally no support You have no live roles, just aimlessly call round begging candidates to leave No one is earning commission This place will genuinely colapse by end of year by the sounds of things

Pros

Some consultants are nice and location of office

Cons

Honestly everything. System is awful - can’t send out a big email and continue to work because it takes approx 30 mins to an hour to send. Managers are all a bit not there - I’ll leave that up to interpretation. Rudest seniors that you’ll ever encounter - they do not train, they bully. It’s non specialist bulldog recruitment which has no care over the actual work they do - they are simply just sending emails left right and centre trying to get on roles. I don’t understand how they’re still hiring if their performance is as bad as it is. Screens are from like 2005. You don’t get a recruiter license - you simply message off a mangers license and then individually add people on this list from your own LinkedIn. System is full of clients and candidates with no contact details (a lot more than usual!) No real development opportunities. Treat (unpaid) graduates awfully!
