Pros
Wonderful small company, which can have pros and cons, but the pros outweigh the cons for sure. Being small makes it like a family. Great work environment. No micromanaging (mainly because if you are doing what you need to do, there is no need to micromanage). Benefits and time off are really great too. The 3 owners are all fabulous to work with. The current team at Pinpoint is outstanding. The company overall is very well balanced.
Cons
The con of a smaller company like this one is the fact there is usually only 1 person that handles a particular set of the workload, which makes things difficult if you need extended time off. Otherwise, there are no cons, in my opinion.
