      - great and fun colleagues - above average salary - housing allowance

      Cons

      - wfo policy 3 days a week even with limited office space - zero transparency from Management team over the last couple years (many VP and C level resigned or fired without any info to employees) - way too much politics - management team favour specific department wayyyyyy too much
