Working from home is a blessing and a curse. All of your leads are self generated by hounding your linkedIn contacts. Not the best marketing strategy. Sales strategy is very vague and training consist of 1hr meetings each day with the CEO who is also the sales leader. Not a good ideal for a company that wants to grow to have a CEO with two roles. You can only use one bank to receive your payroll. I was told it would cost me to use a different bank to receive my monthly payroll. Speaking of payroll I was never given a clear day of when I would be paid. I was told it would be a couple of days at the end of the month... That makes no sense. If you just need a job to pay bills for a little while this is great otherwise look somewhere else.

Strategy for sales changes each quarter. Zero support or coaching from management. You can't tell if your salary is going to be changed without/little notification. They have a BYOD policy, which translates to, you have to buy all your own equipment.
