      Pros

      Awesome team. I felt like I worked with my friends, and made connections that I still value. Genuine, polite, and engaging leadership makes it a great place to work. From the top down, they promote a fun culture.

      Cons

      Slow to promote. Had to fight for rewards despite being a high performer. If I would've been recognized and promoted effectively, I'd probably been a lifer.

      The owners really do care about the employees. PTO time was always granted the company is expanding It felt like a family

      Cons

      communication from upper levels didn't always make down to the lower levels Pay ranges didn't make any sense poor middle management
