      Poor treatment by Owner

      Consistent work during the pandemic

      Cons

      Owner is very controlling of the bread process without having any knowledge or experience. He doesn't are about his employees at all, and won't even make sure overnight staff has food and water to get through 12 hour shifts, which is demanded of us weekly.

      Pros

      Its a job that pays. If you are looking for a part time job it will be ok. For a full time job they will never schedule more than 35 hours because they are afraid you will go into overtime.

      Cons

      They pay isnt good and the ownership/management is very bad. Most of the growth is based off of price increases and reducing portion size. Company is not growing would recommend looking for work else where unless you want a part time job but even then they are not relaxed at all. They have a large turnover rate.
