Cons

working conditions vary from good to poor. Must be an insider in order to advance. The empasis is on the consumer and not on the employee.

Pros

Great colleagues, numerous job opportunities within the organization, good benefits.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of work that far exceeds scheduled work hours. As no overtime is paid, the organization has no incentive to limit the duties and requirements of employees. A salaried employee can easily work 60+ hours/week for 37.5 hours of pay.
