People you work with are great (teams within themselves are great) Some effort to build morale around the office Work life balance is there if you stick up for yourself

Cons

Leaders are always at odds with each other constantly There's isn't a unified voice or leader that is guiding the company We keep trying to attack the same problem every year No diversity in manager and more senior roles (sales is mostly white)
