Had great potential

Pros

The operations team is great. Although there seems to be frequent issues with consultants' pay, the operations team was always responsive and committed to helping resolve the situation. Most problems seemed to be out of their hands but they always followed through.

Cons

Pay issues are very common, over pay, under pay, missed expenses is a common practice. I've worked for Pivot Point multiple times, this will be my last. This use to be a great company with a great support structure and communication for us consultants. Our manager was very proactive and returned calls immediately. Over the last year, it seems that leadership is a revolving door and lack of communication and support is standard operating procedure. It seems almost every internal employee is miserable and just stopped caring. This place preaches best in KLAS but unfortunately those days have long passed and is now just another firm that cares more about making money than providing great consultants to their clients. The reviews here are batched, they are very aware of their PR and Marketing. When a bad review is received they go into CYA overdrive, management protests the review and has it removed and then the internal employees are "strongly" encouraged to engage in a positive review campaign. Complete smoke and mirrors.

Clueless and ignorant leaders

Pros

Great co-workers and nothing more.

Cons

The clueless and ignorant leaders hereat Pivot Point Consulting will cause the downfall of this company. The leadership seems detached from reality and is clueless about the real conditions of the workplace. And the worst part is that none of the leaders here are willing to listen to the employees even though we are the ones who suffer and experience the problems on the ground.
