Well located office. Good benefits.

Cons

Hybrid even if your whole team is in another country. Salary is lower (less than 3 years) for new hires. It's no bad, though. Career is inexistent in some areas

Cons

There is no career evolution at all, except if you’re personal friend to some directors. In Porto, Lisbon and Ireland they tend to be racist when hiring people since they avoid hiring native locals and prefer to hire brazilians and indians.
