Pros

My job was to build an android Application for the company from scratch. Tight deadlines and strict guidance made me to work to my fullest. Nice learning experience.

Cons

Deadlines are too tight for intermediate people. Also, to many changes were asked for the same thing that led to inefficient work later on.
