      Only Salary on time (bt not complete salary)

      No medical facility No Cab No Food No security for late going employees Management likes snoopers. All PM are non technical. Only CEO is some what technical. Heavy pressure enviroment Management try hard dat employee should not meet its goal because if she do then company have to do aporaisal No gift No investment by company in Birthday Parties (employee doing own contribution) . HR are only for checking time entries. Due to high pressure one employee lost his life. Unhygenic washrooms

      Project and employees are tooo good.

      Cons

      But we don’t know what is wrong with CEO every time his ego hurt . Once PM say this work take 5 days this wrong ; although decision its self is not clear and its already take 7 days. He has abused many time to employees.

      The employee who has written this review was reprimanded for unprofessional behavior with a colleague and was asked to resign. His performance was also poor, and he did not get along with his direct manager.

      1. Salary on time , HR team is friendly

      1. All project manager are non technical (Marketing field) 2. Work min 18-20 hour also be prepare for any time in 24. if U.S. member call. 3. Some U.S. employee behave like company director. They use worst language during phone/cell. If this person is you TL then may be leave cannot be granted. some employees not granted leave as his wife pregnancy in last day. 5. if you work late night in office company will provide as below Dinner: if you stay after 11 PM (also fixed Rs.60) Convince: if more then 3 people are stay last after 11 PM but you need to inform prior to management ( till 6:00 PM). 4. No personal life
