Free coffee and lunch, bonus about 1 salary once a year
Cons
Salary is not really competitive, like it used to be. Problems with profitability - three mass lay-offs in 2 years. 24/7 on call, monitoring team calls you constantly at night for no real reason, because they don't understand service metrics and alerts that they set-up. If you are not a managerial or lead+ position in company it really doesn't care about you. If you are applying for a lead+/manager position it might make sense, otherwise - search elsewhere. A lot of micromanagement, depending on a project but mostly common. Managers care only about showing off and don't really care about teams they are managing.

+ Good salaries + Good benefits such as: free cooked lunch at cafeteria, 6 extra days off once every 2 months on company-selected friday + Birthday day off + Monthly food tickets + Great people, both in skill and socializing, at least at the lower levels of the hierarchy
Cons
- Work volume is big - Context-switching is at least something you do 3 times a day - Constant pressure to deliver while investigating production issues, hence the context switching - A lot of code maintenance that needs to be done instead of creating new code. - Barely any budget allocated to fix features that aren't broken to help in reducing production incidents.
