Pros

There should be some pros in order to list here

Cons

Don't fall for the flexibility trap ...it is all myth. You can't even leave your pc and go to the washroom...you will get a phone call... Also the so called flexibility will be taken away suddenly and you will have to work more hours and work from office premises. It is the worst company you will ever work with in your life and stop your career growth.

Pros

None..really there are no pros.

Cons

Cannot give a negative rating here...don't join this company even if they give you any hike or some big promises. Big talks regarding leadership are just ready made script. There is no job security and you can be fired any day. Everything is on mood and no policies are followed. You won't even get relieving letter after leaving this company..so you will be stuck badly..your professional life will be screwed. Plumtree Digital Media in Mumbai is just a road side company that has links with US.

Pros

[For India offices only] IF you work in Magento and SEO then its a good place to work in

Cons

[For India offices only] IF you are not then dont even think of joining Plumtree...you waste your valuable time and energy for things that will never be successful. HTML coders: you are wasting you time in coding for websites only. Native mobile devs: what are you doing in a company that works on Magento only? NET devs: do you have work? Lacks Vision, wants to work on only e-commerce forever The management (the owners) makes you feel like you are second class citizen. Employees are not allowed to use washrooms allocated for them, the employees will have separate utensils for food etc. 10 hours work everyday. You get Saturday off though.
