Pros
plusoft's CRM is an arm of the company that grew with a very good technical quality, and has a very differentiated solution for retail - that's why it has the best cases. The team is very helpful and integrated.
Cons
In 2022, the company was still defining some processes between teams, which still left room for many communication failures. The team of developers and data analysts had many juniors, which without processes makes communication between teams complicated with a lot of misunderstoods.
