      Talented team and bold product vision. The culture prioritizes responsiveness and forward momentum, and individuals are trusted to deliver against evolving priorities. Well suited for ambitious builders who enjoy intensity.

      Cons

      Culture feels very “move fast” but without much prioritization or learning. Engineering seems more like an execution arm than a partner, and dissent/critical feedback doesn’t feel very welcome. Lots of direction changes and business urgency, not much time for reflection or long-term tech thinking.
