These top performers also closely nurture and coach the younger talent - especially those that actively seek this coaching. Now for a lesson from the school of hard knocks and tough surprises... If you believe that joining as a junior SDR with little to no SaaS experience will result in you earning more money than the average doctor (who studies for 7+ years) in just 6 months on the team, then you likely don't have a realistic understanding of your capabilities or how the world actually works. You need to be prepared to humble yourself, leave ego at the door, work hard and be innovative. You won't do well here if you fall into a victim mindset or think the world owes you something - it doesn't....
