Great Company- So much fun and learned a ton- I wish I didn't have to move
Pros
The culture, it's fun, the people are great, the job is easy but still challenging, I learned a ton about myself, about business, character and integrity, I learned sales and marketing and negotiating skills, I learned the hiring processes and training and coaching and mentoring others, I learned how to have tough conversations, I learned way more then I ever did in 4years of college, and I really built my confidence in myself in business which is so rewarding. Theres tons of advancement opportunity (you have to work for it, it's not just given), really cool people, huge companies to rep and sell for, you can make commissions and residual income which is awesome and the people really care about helping and your growth.
Cons
I couldn't have stayed - it was an awesome experience for someone like myself just kind of new in the work force. The only negative was that on occasion they hired a jerk millennial here and there - those guys were lazy and always complained (they couldn't hack it anyway though).
