Honestly there are some truly wonderful people that work at Poly-Med and I cherish some of the people I got to meet and learn from. A few of them still actively follow the small company close knit thing.
Cons
* Training is a mess. There is probably one or two people that can train and if they don’t like you or don’t have time, too bad for you!
* HR has no idea how to handle things when there’s an internal workplace problem.
* There is almost no chance you will ever move up or be offered an internal position.
* No professional training or growth chances.
* HR and company president have tuned out on the issues in the company.
* Team dynamics are more about who can backstab the best than being supportive of one another.
Backstabbing, think your a mind reader, do not treat employees with respect unless you are someone important, growing too fast can't keep up, terrible benefits, people don't know what their job titles are or what they should be doing, bad work ethic, don't always follow safety protocols and standards.
