      Pros

      I had a very good staff and the exceled at getting product out the door to the customer. My manager deeply cared about the team and customers.

      Cons

      Production side struggled to get product to shipping in a timely manner.

      The people are nice, helpful and encourage you to do your job at your best possible ability.

      Cons

      2015-2017 level of pay. It lacks behind other companies and it seems like its benchmarked against the lowest paying companies locally and placed just above that (labeled as competitive). The pay increase per year can be nonexistent or meagre to say the least. Job hopping is on the mind of most employees.
