Pros

They have 2 technicians that somewhat are willing to help you if you need, but even then when i call them for advice i can feel that i’m annoying them with each call.

Cons

Iv worked her for a month and haven’t earned a single commission. They gave me all the unwanted hours that no other technicians are working. Training was bull, all it basically was is watching the other technicians do jobs and and only 2-3 full days of actual hands on training, then they sent me to go solo, what dummies. Had me using another technicians van, (i dont even get my own) Took days to familiarize myself with everything in HIS van. They had me doing cdu, lock picksc AND key programming all by myself first day off of training and was super stressful. They only have 2 technicians here in Phoenix so i don’t actually get help when i’m working i can only make a call lmao. This company is a joke, and i basically learned everything for myself and they taught me only one thing, that im just a number and they look at me like a robot and not a human being with other life requirements.

Pros

Can make good money, I have just a little over 13 years with the company and can say its had its ups and downs but thats anywhere you work. They provide training , a take home company vehicle and gas card. You dont have to provide tools or anything but a positive attitude. I left to pursue an opportunity provided but if that opportunity didnt come knocking I would still be with the company. I enjoyed assisting my co workers and teaching the knowledge I have in the field

Cons

It can be stressful when you work solo in the city, granted your provided tools but some could be better to get the jobs done in a timely manner.Remember your always learning, over 13 years and I still was learning. The trade takes a bit of time and with patience you will be successful.

Pros

If you work hard the pay can be good, although it's commission based. You can learn the basics of being a locksmith. Then leave and take your skills somewhere that will appreciate you.

Cons

I worked there many years and always supported the operations. Sadly, you're just treated as a number. A $20 million company won't even give you a Christmas bonus and you're told that you cannot ask for the holiday off. You will always be their last priority.
