      Pros

      Clean space, involved owner, and good concept for after school care. Salary competitive or better. Wonderful children.

      Cons

      No actual training. You must drive a van, then teach lessons. The Director is rough and offers little support to prepare you for being a Lead. You cannot ever leave the classroom even to go to the restroom because you will be out of ratio. Not enough support staff.

      - the kids are great (if that's your thing) - understanding staff - good pay

      Cons

      - can be overwhelming at times - loud - you will be asked a lot if you can work extra - they are often understaffed
