Pros
Everyone is very friendly and nice. Workload seems to be very fair and people are not stressed out. They finish their work efficiently and seems to love their work environment. Many people become good friends and stay for 20 years. Also, never imagine a postal office could have built a modern technical stack. It's incredible.
Cons
The entire business is going downward because people are not sending letters anymore. Maybe 95% of the employees are Danes, which is not very good for foreigners. All communications internally are in Danish.
